WEDDING DAY SHUTTLE INFO:

Dear Friends and Family,

We are thrilled to celebrate our special day with all of you, and we want to make your journey to our wedding as convenient and enjoyable as possible. To ensure everyone arrives at our venue, Spring Creeks Ranch, comfortably and on time, we have organized shuttle services from three different locations. Make sure you look for the Blazing Adventures shuttle buses with the ‘Pappas Tyler Wedding’ on the front of the bus. Please find the shuttle details below:

1. Aspen Shuttle: Limelight Aspen

• Arrival: 2:35 PM

• Departure: 2:45 PM

2. Snowmass Shuttle: Limelight Snowmass - **Please ask the Limelight Snowmass for directions & walk over to One Snowmass for the shuttle**

• Arrival: 2:35 PM

• Departure: 2:45 PM

3. Willits Shuttle: Element Hotel

• Arrival & Departure: 3:20 PM

Shuttle Schedule:

• Limelight Aspen and Limelight Snowmass shuttles will depart at 2:45 PM sharp.

• Element Willits shuttle will depart at 3:20 PM.

• Please arrive at least 15 minutes before the scheduled departure time to ensure a timely departure.

Return Transportation:

• All shuttle buses will be available to take you back to the respective pick-up locations.

• One shuttle will depart the venue early at 9:00 PM, and we will have all shuttles depart the venue at 11:00 PM.
